Event Overview
We are bringing the joy of camp to music city! Join us May 17 from 1-4pm at Adventure Science Center for a CCK experience in Nashville. If you have a child with a disability or lifelong illness, we’d love to see you!
The first 300 families who RSVP will receive free admission to the event.
About an hour north of Nashville, CCK is a 168-acre camp in Scottsville, Kentucky, offering a free, supportive space for children with disabilities and lifelong illnesses and their families to experience joy, normalcy and adventure in a medically safe environment.
Be Courageous Nashville is the first stop on a multi-city community engagement tour for CCK, designed to provide a space for CCK families to connect with their friends closer to home and to introduce more families to CCK’s mission and programs, while celebrating inclusive spaces for children of all abilities.
Guests will have the opportunity to explore Adventure Science Center exhibits while connecting with other families navigating similar medical journeys.
Whether you are CCK alumni and want to visit with CCK friends, or you are a family interested in learning more about CCK, we encourage you to come, play and learn with us.
Email BeCourageous@cookerly.com to RSVP. Let us know if you are already a CCK family or are a new family interested in learning more about CCK.
